Why can't I find a city96 GGUF workflow ( json file ) ?

I have searched high and low for a json file. I've tried and pulled my hair out trying to do this manually and just can't do it. I so wish there was a workflow we could download to use. Thank you. ( I've Googled many times over the last few days and cannot find a downloadable workflow )
